By accessing and using Apex Pitch, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
Apex Pitch offers premium team subscriptions. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the parent portal. Refunds are generally not provided for partial months.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use this platform only for its intended purpose of soccer training management.
4. Liability
Apex Pitch provides training suggestions and tracking but is not liable for any physical injuries that may occur during sports activities.
